The research institute of space systems is created because of of order of the General director KHRUNICHEV State Research and Production Space Center. KHRUNICHEV State Research and Production Space Centerfrom 07.10.1997 N 423 also is branch KHRUNICHEV State Research and Production Space Center. To the present time it(he) has won rigid items as among other subdividings and branches KHRUNICHEV State Research and Production Space Center. KHRUNICHEV State Research and Production Space Center, and among the enterprises of space-rocket branch.
The basis of a scientific potential of Institute is made by(with) the competent diplomaed employees have long-term experience of organization and realization research and experimental - design efforts in the field of space-rocket engineering. Many employees have wide experience of realization of tests and operation of space-rocket objects.
In a 2001 Center for want of direct sharing(participation) of institute obtains the License of Ministry of education of Russian Federation for the right of management of educational activity in an orb of professional formation. In the correspondence with the obtained license on basis(on the basis of) in a 2001.
The management(manual) of institute gives steadfast attention to education of own scientific frames, which, mainly, are prepared in the Moscow institute of radio electronics and automation, where on base faculty conduct teaching leading scientist(scientific)

- The realization research, is experimental - designer, проектно-settlement and experimental work on improvement, tests, operation of a space technology, nuclear safety;
